Frequently asked questions
- Is PH Bot free?
- Yes. Every command is free to use. Game money, stocks and casino games run on virtual currency that only exists inside the bot — none of it can be bought or cashed out.
- How do I add PH Bot to my server?
- Press the “Add to Discord” button on this page and you will be taken to Discord's authorization screen. Choose the server, review the permissions, and the commands are available right away. You need Manage Server permission on that server.
- How do I use the commands?
- Type a slash (/) in any chat box and Discord lists every command the bot offers. There is no prefix to memorize, and Discord walks you through each option.
- The bot is not responding.
- Check the status page first to see whether there is an ongoing incident. If everything is operational, confirm that PH Bot is allowed to send messages in that channel, and check whether the command is server-only.
